GUEST SPEAKER
Elizabeth Woodson Elizabeth, raised in a family of devoted bible teachers and preachers, grappled with the connection between the gospel and her daily life despite her spiritually enriched upbringing. After college, a pivotal experience as a Sunday School teacher provided clarity. Elizabeth discovered that all of Scripture points to the abundant life in God, a design for wholeness and peace (shalom). Motivated by this revelation, she pursued theological education at Dallas Theological Seminary and engaged in discipleship ministry at her local church. In 2022, Elizabeth founded The Woodson Institute, aiming to share her Christian education legacy globally. The institute offers curated resources and training experiences, emphasizing biblical literacy, theology, spiritual formation, and global faith history. The Woodson Institute also prioritizes diverse voices, seeking to reflect the ethnic and cultural diversity of the kingdom of God. Ultimately, it strives to be a community fostering growth in Christian faith through equipping believers. |
