CCC GARDEN
Did you know that the church has a garden? That’s right! You may have noticed a large patch of grass and weeds to the left of the church playground have been recently given a haircut, revealing the remnants of a once-flourishing garden. Well, guess what? It’s still flourishing! There are 7 raised garden beds, 9 beautiful rosebushes, a grape vine and several varieties of herbs, all waiting for some green-thumb love. The ultimate plan for the garden remains to be seen but for now, if you’d like to help maintain and grow this little slice of heaven then now is your chance. If you’d like to donate some materials, here are a few things that the garden needs: garden soil, wood chips/mulch/compost, basic garden tools, small locking storage shed, perimeter fencing or other deer deterrent.
