Team Scheduling
We use Planning Center Services to schedule and email our volunteers. Through Planning Center you can view upcoming schedules, block out dates that you will be away and sign up for Sundays if you need to swap. Instructional videos are available on the site to help you. You will need to set up a password to access the site.
Need to Swap Dates?
If you cannot serve on your scheduled Sunday please make every effort to swap with someone. You can ask Missy to be added to the GroupMe to easily find someone to swap with. Plan early for scheduled vacations. Please contact Missy with a schedule change. If an emergency happens on Sunday morning please text the appropriate person. Your scheduling e-mail will indicate who is on duty for that Sunday.
Team Member Spotlights
Similar to Prize Palooza for our elementary kids at CCC, we have a drawing for all our amazing CCC Kids Team Members as well!
On 5th Weekends, we will announce the Team Members who were drawn and present them with prizes, then spotlight them in our CCC Kids Hallway + on Social Media!
This is just a small way for us to show appreciation for all their amazing work! CCC Kids is so blessed by our team!
