A Place to Connect

Every Christ-follower grows in the context of connection with other followers. That can happen in small groups and in serving alongside others.  Connection transforms a big room of people into a place you have community and are known by those around you.

Baptism

Baptism is for people who have made a conscious decision to believe in Christ and trust Him alone for their salvation. Baptism is a demonstration of someone’s union with Christ symbolizing His death and resurrection. It signifies that your former way of life has been put to death and depicts a freedom from slavery to sin (Romans 6:1-6). We have baptism celebrations three to four times a year, as it is one of two things (along with communion), that Christ gave to the church for us to regularly practice. We get the honor of celebrating lives that have been changed by Jesus with Baptism!

If you’re a follower of Jesus Christ and haven’t been baptized or would like more information on what it is or why you should do it, you can email us, call our church office, or sign up for our next baptism by completeing the sign-up below.

Discover CCC

This class is taught by our leadership to introduce a prospective member to Christ Community Church.  Our Story, Our Structure, Our Salvation, Our Statements, and our Strategy are five areas covered during this time.

Membership in the body of Christ is recommended by Scripture and should therefore be seriously considered (1 Corinthians 12:27; Romans 12:5; Ephesians 4:16; Hebrews 10:24-25).  In order to insure the purity and unity of the church, a person desiring membership must meet the following four requirements:

(1) A person must demonstrate a life that has been committed to Jesus Christ.
(2) A person must be willing to follow believer’s baptism by immersion if they have not already done so.
(3) A person must attend and complete CCC’s “Discover CCC” which is offered periodically throughout the year.
(4) Finally, a person must be willing to agree and sign CCC’s “Ownership Covenant.”

Baby Dedications

A family reads Scripture from the Bible during a church service.

We celebrate baby dedications during our worship services. It's a special time that we get to dedicate our children to the Lord and recognize them to everyone in our congregation. We all want to see our children grow in the love of Christ and we do that together.

If you would like to dedicate your child during our next baby dedication, click the register button below. To participate in baby dedications, you will have to complete a parenting class which will be given the week before baby dedications. When you sign up, you will receive more details.
