​Here are few tips to help make your experience even better! 


Schedule of Events

4:00 pm Event Starts. You do NOT need to check-in. Just pick up your map/cards at the Welcome Table.

4:15 p.m. Preschool and Toddler Egg Hunt, Ages 5 and Under (Near office building)

4:45 p.m. Kindergarten-1st Color Run

5:00 p.m.  2nd - 3rd Color Run

5:15 p.m. 4th-5th Color Run

Parking

*Parking is only available on the right side of the church and the field beside it. The remainder of the parking lot will be closed for the run.

*When you arrive, stop by the Welcome table for a map of events. You do NOT need to check-in.

*Enjoy a self guided Family Scavenger Hunt throughout the afternoon.

*Craft table, bubbles and chalk in The Grove.

*Sweet Frog available for purchase. (Enjoy this AFTER your run ;) 

Preschool and Toddler Egg Hunt

*Preschoolers should bring a basket or bag to their collect eggs in.

* Ages 3- 5 will go first, then ages 2 and under. This goes quickly so make sure you arrive on time.

* The egg hunt is located between the office building and Shed.

Color Run Tips

*Baskets are NOT needed for the Color Run. Elementary Kids will receive a bag with candy and eggs at the end.

*Make sure to wear a white shirt if you're not planning on buying one, and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.  

*Bring a towel for the car.

*Wear shoes you can run in.

*Sunglasses or goggles are helpful.

*Bring a damp washcloth or something to wipe a child's face in case they get the colored starch in their face/eyes.

*We will have a portable hand washing station available.

*Self serve first aid station available near back stage.

*Due to mess of the Color Run, indoor restrooms will not be available during the event.  Portable toilets and hand washing stations will be available in The Grove. 


T-shirts: 

CCC Kids shirts are for sale as long as supplies last at the event for $12. 

T-shirt pre-orders are now closed. 

If you purchased a shirt online, you may pick up near the welcome table when you arrive.
