NEW FOR 2017!  ANCHORED FAMILY RETREAT

At CCC our desire is to create opportunities for you and your family to grow deeper in your relationship with each other and with the Lord. One of the newest ways we have come up with to create an experience like this, is our first Family Camp. Join us this summer for Anchored! August 18-20, we will be heading to the North Georgia mountains to enjoy 3 days at Woodlands Camp. Zip lines, water slides, blobs, canoe’s, paddle boats, Woodlands Camp has it all. Alongside these attractions, we will have the opportunity to spend our mornings and evenings opening God’s Word together, spending time in prayer and worship, and your family will have the opportunity to have some Family Devotionals together as a unit. We are so excited about Anchored and we hope you will plan to join us.

What about lodging?
Rooming will be done in bunk style houses. We will have families and individuals arranged to create a great atmosphere to grow with one another. Dads and sons will be together, and mothers and daughters will be together. We will also have special rooming for those with small infants.
I have children, what will they be doing while the adults are meeting?
If you have a nursery aged child, we will have a nursery set up for them to be checked in before a session starts. The nursery will be available during all sessions. You will pick up your child from the nursery after each session.

If you children older than nursery aged we have some special things planned for them. Upon arrival, at registration, your child will be given a colored bandana based on their age. That bandana will signify which team they are on for the weekend. Alongside children their age, they will also have a middle school and high school aged leader and an adult leader with their team at all times. When the children are dismissed during worship, they will be dismissed according to team. They will then head to specific activities that will going on all around camp for them to enjoy while you, the adults, enjoy some time being encouraged by God’s Word. Children’s activities will include: Camp Scavenger Hunt, Gaga, rock climbing wall, 9 square, basketball, beach volleyball, and some fun on a trampoline maze

We have a great weekend planned for you as adults, and we have an amazing weekend planned for your children as well.

My children and/or myself have food allergies. What should we do?
On the registration form there is a place to mention any food allergies you have. When you register make sure to mention those and we will work with the Camp to prepare meals that fit within your dietary restrictions.

What if I don't have young children or am single?
Whether you're an empty nester, a teenager, single, single parent, parent no children, or house full, we've got a great weekend lined up. We've done this before, and still hear from people of all age categories that it was one of their favorite weekends every year.

What if I can't come but want to contribute?
One of the opportunities that you have is to sponsor a family that is going. You could help pay some of their fees, or contribute to a general sponsorship fund. If you would like to sponsor a family, please CALL or EMAIL Caleb Yoder and let him know.

How do I pay?
Once you REGISTER HERE, you must make a $50 deposit per adult to finalize your registration. Registration deposits are due by July 15th. All final remaining costs are due by August 10th. Please make payments to the church office or by dropping a check in the offering box with "Anchored Retreat" in the NOTES section.
