Anchored Kids Info

​We’re so excited you and your family are spending the weekend at Anchored. Here is some important information regarding Anchored Kids. 
 

REVISED Anchored Kids Room Assignments:
 Under 1 - (Swan Lake) 

 1 -2 Yr. Olds - (Manchester)

Preschool (ages 3-5) - (Poinsett)

 Friday Night (All Elementary in Main St. for Movie Night)

Saturday- Kindergarten-2nd (Sparkleberry)

3rd - 5th (Mill Creek) 

 
Kids 2 and under will be checked in at the kiosks, and dropped off in the Anchored Kid’s rooms before each session. 
 

Kids 3 and up will check in at the kid’s area, receive their team assignments and then go to the beginning of the session with their family. They will be dismissed to class after worship and games to their leaders down near the stage. They will be called by team colors. Please make sure they are wearing their bandana. Kids will be picked up from the Anchored Kids classrooms, listed above. 

Friday night is Movie Night. Kids can wear their PJ's and bring a pillow/blanket if they would like. 
 

Saturday Morning, we will be going outside in addition to class time, so make sure your child is ready for this when they go into the Saturday Morning sessions. 
 
If we need you during a session your child’s security tag number will go up on the screen, just like on Sunday mornings at CCC.

Babies and Toddlers- Please send everything that your child will need with any special instructions. Please label all bottles, cups, pacifiers and bags. Send diapers and an extra change of clothes. Please send any snacks they may need during the session times. 
Below is the schedule for the weekend.  We just wanted you to be able to plan ahead. We look forward to spending a wonderful weekend with you and your kids as we learn more about Jesus and build community.  Thank you!


​Anchored Kids at Home Schedule

 
Friday Night: Session 1: Movie Night
5:15 pm: Anchored Kids Team Meeting (Main St.)

5:45 pm Kids Registration Begins

5:45 pm: Session 1- Kids 2 and under will be dropped off in classrooms.
Kids 3 and up will check-in, receive instructions/teams, but stay with parents.

6:00 pm: Kids 3 and up will go into Session 1 with parents.

6:30-ish: Kids dismissed from session (Kids will go with leaders down front) 
 
Movie night- 
Popcorn and water will be served to ages 3 and up. 
Send alternative snack/packed lunch box if preferred.
Kids can wear PJ’s, bring a pillow/blanket if they would like. 
 
8:00 ish- Parents Pick Up Kids from rooms.

8:30 pm Silent Disco in Shed. All are invited.
 
 
Saturday Morning: Session 2
8:00 am: Breakfast Chick fil-A Biscuits/ Colligo Coffee

8:30 am: Anchored Kids Team Meeting (Main St.)

8:45 am: Session 2- Kids 2 and under will be dropped off in classroom. 

9:00 am:  Kids 3 and up will go into Session 2 with parents.

9:30-ish: Dismissed to rooms (Leaders will be down front)

9:30-10:15 am: Bible Story/ Activities/Craft

10:15 – 11:15 am Outside Activities for Kids (Pre-K and Up)

11:15-11:45 am: Free play until pick up

11:45/12:00 ish: Pick up

12:00PM: Lunch Chick Fil-A

Free time until 4:00 pm

1pm Family Competition, 2pm-4:00 pm laser tag, playground, cornhole, yard games. Sweet Frog, Roast and Roll
 
Saturday Afternoon: Session 3

3:45 pm – Anchored Kids Team Meeting

3:55 pm: Session 3- Kids 2 and under will be dropped off in classroom. 

4:00 pm: Kids 3 and up will go into session 3 with parents.

4:30-ish: Kids dismissed from session.

4:30 – 5:15 pm Bible Story/ Activities/Craft/ Games/ 

5:30-ish: Parents Pick Up

5:30- 6:00 pm: Room clean-up for Sunday
