In December of 2007, James Skipworth was hired as Christ Community Church's first full-time Children's Pastor. James is married to Cindy and they have three beautiful girls - Cate, Lily, and Ally. James and Cindy have an incredible passion for ministering to children and their parents. In fact, James' mission statement is "To share the love of Christ with children, as well as teach, train, and equip leaders and parents to do likewise."

Before joining the Christ Community Church ministry team, James served as the Minister to Children & Family Care Pastor at First Baptist Church on the Square in Lagrange, GA. James graduated from Troy State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Management. Currently, James is working toward his Masters of Christian Education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Cindy graduated from Samford University in 1997, receiving a Bachelor of Music Education & Voice.
